Shipping Status: Once your mattress is on its way, we are unable to process cancellation or change requests. We prioritize swift processing and shipping to get your mattress to you as quickly as possible.

Cancelled Order After Shipping: If you still choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please note that you'll need to return the mattress to our designated address in order to receive a full refund.
